What"s going on Nation? I"m going to show you guys how to do a weighted pull up now.  It"s just like a regular pull up except now.  I"m going to add weight on by utilizing a weight belt. What a weight belt is it"s a belt with a chain on it.  You put the chain through the middle of a plate.  Okay?.  Now if you can"t jump up to the bars because they"re too high.  Get something to stand on so you don"t hurt yourself now.  What a weighted pull up is great for is if you want to help widen out that back, okay?.  I"m gonna do a regular standard pull up but by adding weight on just like any other exercise.  It"ll really help rip and tear those muscles to help get more growth, okay?.  What you"re going to do put the weight on your back now.  You have to make sure you arch your back, so the weight doesn"t fall down past your butt, okay?.  So when you"re in the air.  Keep that back arched a little bit you can also cross your legs to help hold the weight in place.  jump up.  Cross your legs see how the weight sits right between my legs like that.  And simply pull up breathe out on the way up.  Come down nice and slow you don"t want to just let go and risk hurting yourself on the way down.  Do one more pull yourself up keep that back arched.
