hey guys day 1 your burnout workout for the day all about the core all you need is BOSU six minutes let"s begin okay first one sit ups on the BOSU so you want to position the curve of the BOSU into your lower back here your natural curve here and as you can see I"m wearing the weight vest as well for added challenge whoa I feel that right away now doing it on the BOSU like this some people find it more comfortable than doing regular crunches because it supports their lower back but also because you don"t get to rest your back on the floor it it also makes it harder so you"re not ready your abs are under contraction the whole time and then with the weight vest as well you"ve got that extra whoa weight to pull up 60 seconds of this move hands here or here behind your ears wherever it feels good for you you might also want to clip your feet under the couch or something just anchor you down not necessary but it helps okay oh I already feel that for a second sighs oh the second exercise you"re still in the BOSU resuts so more right on top of the dome so you"re just bringing your knees to your chest oh I tell you with this weight vest it really helps the ante feel it right away take little breaks if you need if you"re feeling in your lower back just readjust a little bit sit forward take the pressure off oh yeah you might feel it in your quads a little bit as well that"s okay but you should be feeling primarily in your abdomen oh here we go all right done okay so um flip the bowl so over you"re coming into a plank position knee to your chest twist need your chest underneath you so this works your whole area but really your lower abs and your beliefs or lower Bleek"s that"s where you"re gonna feel it right away Oh take a little break if you need that is burning let me tell you goodness there can"t be many more left ah I stopped low short okay next your plank up arms with the BOSU leave it as it is down onto your forearms these are seesaw plaques so here and you"re gonna rock side to side on the BOSU you want to keep your hips kind of don"t let your hips Rock over to the side too much keep the hips stable you"re just creating some unbalance your upper body figure abs have to work overtime whoo a little break when you need them but come back to it easier with your legs apart like this your stabilities a little better harder with your feet together even harder just a one-foot Wow that burns that burns Oh change sides Oh rocking side to side on your forearms oh okay um laughs exercise flip the book so over now the core also includes a lower back don"t forget your lower back you"re always strengthening your abs and not your lower back your current you"re creating some this balance on balance rather Superman"s on the BOSU so down here everything up like Superman hold it for just a second up there you should feel this lower back should give in a lot of people have lower back problems um reason for that you sit down too much your lower back it"s weak you never work it out make sure you strengthen your lower back oh good and you"re done that"s it that was your whole core area done for the day thanks for joining me bye you
