hi Friday so it"s burnout day we"re doing numbers today it"s a rep challenge I know you saw you"ve done awesome I know if you have just done all four videos just like me back-to-back I am on 659 calories so this is the last video and we"re going to go all out and we"re going to burn it out I gave you a little bit of a rush yesterday if you do if you"re doing the these videos individually yesterday was ABS if you"ve just done them back-to-back like me ah this is going to kill but if you did it yesterday you had a bit of a break so today I need you to go hard today I need you to push I am going to try and go at a moderate to hard pace I"m going to try my best this is the burnout but I also want you to be able to follow along with me now if you can and you find that the numbers are just going too quick for you what I want you to do is I want you to take the breakdown off body rock do TV and go as hard as you can and I want you to time how long it takes you but if not try and keep up with me and try and do it with me this is going to be together so we"re going to do each exercise together it"s not new they"re me then you than me we"re going to do these together so we"ve got 30 push-ups 60 lunges 60 mountain climbs in total 30 star jumps 30 squats and then 30 situps and that"s what we"re going to do and we"re going to try and do them together if you can I want you to take that off body rock TV set your gym boss as a timer and let me know how far she did it I want you to go all out don"t you get that fire inside you burn in get that fat burning get that lean muscle go in and really smash Friday out maybe you want to add this onto the end of your workout maybe just like me this is you burn out at the end of the real time challenge so are you ready I don"t even have to start a timer because we"re just going to go for it three two so get yourself down in position need to be this way forget three two one let"s go one two three four five six seven a nine 10 11 12 13 14 that"s twenty ten more ten nine eight seven six five four three two last one ha 69 Jose you ready I"m going to do one two three staying on one leg four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve it"s burning fourteen hands behind head sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty ten more ten nine eight seven six five four three I know it burns - last one straight away or the leg - sorry all the way up make sure your knee doesn"t come over your toe eight nine ten eleven twelve legs are shaking sixteen seventeen eighteen stay strong nineteen mental twenty ten nine eight seven burn in six five four three two last one a half straight on the floor let"s go to eight and nine ten twelve twenty five twenty eight twenty nine thirty halfway eight nine ten twenty eighteen fifteen twelve nine eight seven six five four three two last one thirty star jumps one two three four five I know your ass is hurting six seven a 9/10 get back 14 15 halfway seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty ten more ten nine eight seven six five four three two last one ah is killing let"s go one two three four five squeeze up six seven nine ten twenty to go come on one two three four you got this five six seven eight ass is on fire nine ten keep low 10 2002 three four five six seven the pain e9 last one hunt you back let"s go 1 2 3 hands to the sky 5 6 get your hand stretch your ceiling a up 9 10 20 more 2 3 4 come on 5 6 you can see me going my teeth eight nine ten more ten nine eight seven six five four three two last one haha squats are burning make sure you rock them all up safely your heads the last thing to come up you might want to take a minute and stretch you"re going to need to stretch your hamstrings you"re going to need to stretch your quad so you"re going to need to stretch everything take them in ear if you want to do that again smash it out again if you"ve got it in you right after four videos and if you go hard on that you"re going to feel it and that"s Friday dawn hi I"m on um Mike things gone to seven hundred and sixteen calories what"s yours on that"s it Friday"s done another real-time workout smashed thank you for joining me Oh high five everyone let me know what you want to see next week bye
